Gelatin is the purified protein derived by the selective hydrolysis of collagen from the skin, the conenctive tissue and/or bones of animals. Great Lakes gelatine provides you with the highest types of pure unflavoured edible gelatins and it is available in type A (porcine) or type B (bovine or bone).
Non hydrolized gelatin is the unique combination of amino acids in concentrated levels that promotes rapid re-production of blood cells for healing and conditioning over other proteins especially for bone and joint health care.
