Register as an afficiliate practitioner with Holistics Online and earn 10% commission on all applicable orders placed by yourself and your clients.

To register, please fill out this form including your name, contact details, clinic details, and a copy of your qualification certificates.

Upon receipt of these details you will be allocated a practitioner code.

Commission is paid by cheque or BACS every 6 months.
