Iron-C – 60 capsules

Iron-C provides a highly bioavailable form of iron that is gentle on digestion. Features iron as Ferrochel® bis-glycinate, a well-tolerated form of iron with superior absorption. With Ester-C®, a buffered form of vitamin C with a unique absorption and activity. Ester-C® features a mixture of naturally occurring vitamin C metabolites. Vitamin C increases iron absorption. Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, oxygen transport in the body and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid)    175mg

Iron (as iron glycinate and 50% as iron aspertate)    15mg

Vegetarain capsule (cellulose, water) hypoallergenic plant fiber (cellulose), ascorbyl palmitate

Take 1 capsule, 1-2 times daily with meals
