Magnesium as Bisglycinate (TRAACS®) 600mg
(yielding elemental magnesium)  62.5mg

Phosphatidylcholine derived from non GMO sunflower lecithin, Water, Potassium Sorbate (preservative), Vitamin E (anti-oxidant), traces of Ethanol and Glycerol.

Shake before use. Take one – two teaspoons (5ml – 10ml) per day or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
Can be mixed with water or juice to dilute
